What is black and white and hairy all over?
A caterpillar.
Caterpillars are amazing creatures and it is fascinating to watch them, unless of course you are trying to grow lettuce. The thing about caterpillars is that they will enter into a chrysalis phase in their life cycle and then emerge into something even more beautiful and amazing, a butterfly.
Isn’t nature wonderful and one of the most amazing of God’s creation is not a butterfly, but a human being.
We are pretty amazing as we are, but God wants something better for us too. He wants us to be His children and to live with Him forever in heaven. That can only be possible by believing in God and in His Son, Jesus Christ, if we do that then we become transformed into the children of God. This is what the Bible, God’s word tells us. “For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son [Jesus] that whoever believes in Him [Jesus] will not perish but have everlasting life. {John 3:16}.
