Christmas Services 2023

You are warmly invited to our special Christmas services on Sunday 17th December.

We will be holding our family-friendly Christmas service at 11am, with Christmas carols and a short message, followed by Christmas refreshments.

Come and join us at 6pm as we begin our annual Carols by Candlelight service. The church building will be lit by candles and Christmas lights as we sing carols and hear a Christmas message. We will also be serving refreshments after the service.

Good Friday Service

All are welcome to join us in the church building for our Good Friday service, starting at 10:30am.

For those joining us online, please note that our stream will start when the sermon begins, at approximately 10:45am.

We will be remembering our Saviour’s death on the Cross as our Substitute for sin. Our reading this morning will be from Isaiah 53 and various other passages of Scripture, considering Jesus’ prayers before, during and after the crucifixion.

This year we celebrate our Family Christmas Service and Carols by Candlelight, Sunday 18th December

11am – Family Christmas Celebration

Welcome to our Christmas Family Service. This morning we will be reading from Luke 2:1-21 and thinking about the Shepherds who visited Jesus after His birth.

6pm – Angels

Welcome to our Carols by Candlelight service. This evening we will be returning to read from Luke 2:8-15 to consider the angels who announced Jesus Christ’s birth.

Sunday Evening 18th September with the Romanian Church of Bristol

This Sunday evening, we are really pleased and honoured to be joining the Bristol Romanian Church for their service in Longwell Green at the All Saints United Church, 83 Bath Road, Longwell Green, BS30 9DF. The service starts at 5pm, and it is a family friendly service, so all the family is welcome.

As we are joining them as a congregation, our building on Norman Road, Saltford will therefore be closed, this Sunday evening.

Christmas services 2021

You are most welcome to join us on Sunday 19th December for our Christmas services.

At 11am we will be holding our Christmas family service, with carols and a short Christmas message from the Bible.

Later on, at 6pm, we will begin our annual Carols by Candlelight service. Come and join us as the church building is lit by candlelight for this special service as we remember our Saviour’s birth.

Complimentary refreshments will be served after both services, so please stay for a cup of coffee and a cake.

To keep everyone safe, we will be implementing Covid measures at both services.

  • Please wear a mask or face covering when moving around the church building.
  • Please observe the one way system marked by floor arrows and remain socially distant wherever possible.
  • Chairs will be spaced 2m apart. Please remain seated with your household during the service.
  • Wash and sanitize your hands regularly.

AiG Mini-Conference – 4 Dec

We are excited to be hosting an Answers In Genesis mini-conference on Saturday 4th December titled The Bible and Science.

The conference will feature two talks with a time for refreshments and an opportunity to purchase various books and resources from Answers In Genesis.

Session 2: “Refusing to be Silent on Biblical Creation” – Prof. Stuart Burgess
